Hi,
I have few 502G registered in Askozia PBX system. Everything is working fine but,
- when i call from PSTN to cisco SPA502G (via Analog FXO card) it's ok
(My mobile/ Local line) ---------> office PSTN line (fxo card) -----> IP-PBX ----> 502G (ok)
But when i call from 502G to PSTN Local Number (via Analog FXO card) we can't hear anythings!
502G ----> IP-PBX --------> office PSTN line (fxo card) --------> My mobile OR Local line (we can't hear anythings)
What's wrong ??
Can you help me
Note: we do have other CP-7970 phones and its %100 working fine in both ways!
Thanks

Turn on syslog&debug on SPA502G and capture them.
Capture SIP dialog packets as well as RTP stream. Compare them with SIP dialog captured frpm CP7970.
Verify the RTP stream from SPA502G is not blocked by a firewall on PBX (this phone may not use same source ports as CP7970),

Dan thanks for your reply.
There is no firewall on the PBX.

I assume there's no NAT between as well.
OK, lets capture the SIP session and syslog&debug messages from SPA502G and SIP session from CP7970 (to establish baseline - we know nothing about your's PBX configuration) ...
