We are on 7.5.1 firmware with a SPA504g and 500S attached. Normally when we are on a call, we can just hit the blf of the person we want to blind transfer to and this works great because we don't have to hit bxfer and then the person we want to transfer to.
But we have parking lots that look like *1104 and *1105 that we subscribe to via blf and the SPA504g just creates another call when this blf is hit instead of blind transfering to the parking lot like it does when we tap the blf to transfer to another user during a call.
So if we create a blf for a user and we are on a call, we don't have to press bxfer and then the blf button to blind transfer the call. All we have to do is tap the blf we want to blind transfer the call to and the call gets blind transfered.
If we want to blind transfer to a parking lot, we have to hit bxfer and then the blf of the parking lot. We have determined that the issue is that spa504g doesn't like to blind transfer calls if there is an * in the blf string.
