We are getting dropped calls with SPA112. VOIP.ms is our provider, and has reviewed the configuration of the SPA and found no errors.
A symptom seems to be when one party to the call is speaking for a long period of time, with no sound from the other party. That will often result in the call being dropped. Is there a setting that might address this situation?
Firmware is 1.3.5 (004p) Oct 28 2014
Thanks!

So many possible causes - and you disclosed no logs, no captured session, no SPA112 configuration - and no network topology between SPA112 and your upstream provider.
As a very blind shot - it looks like NAT/statefull firewall issue (e.g. no issue not caused by SPA112 itself).

I had a similar issue. I've changed SIP parameter NAT Keep Alive Intvl from 15 to 60 and it seems working better.
