SPA112 playing CPC tone to analog phone

I have a Bogen analog phone hooked up to SPA112 which is connected as a SIP device into a shoretel system.  The calls completes fine but when the shoretel phone hangs up, the SPA112 plays the CPC tone through the door phone speaker and then does a single ring back to the shoretel phone.  Trying to figure out why the SPA112 won't terminate the call correctly.  Any ideas?

SPA112 acts as PBX to the analog phone. There is no generic method to hangup analog line from the PBX's side. Most common methods include loop potential drop/reversal or some tone signals.

SPA112 needs to be configured according Bogen's wishes. If it is not possible, then the analog phone is just not compatible with SPA112 (or vice versa) for the purpose of remote hangup.
