Hi Michael,

I’m sorry to hear that you are having an issue using Firefox with the SPA 112.  The SPA devices are designed to work with IE but often can work with other browsers.  I would recommend that you upgrade the firmware on your device to the latest version.  I have included a link below to the download.  If you have any further questions please feel free to reach out to me.

Hi Michael,

Early versions of firmware had issues with all browsers but IE. Most folk run into problems when trying to upgrade so I wrote the https://supportforums.cisco.com/docs/DOC-27886 document describing why the browse button did not display.

You may find the ATA resource guide / document map useful:https://supportforums.cisco.com/docs/DOC-28766

This document contains links to firmware, release notes, application guides, provisioning guides, application notes, troubleshooting docs, and more.

Regards,

Patrick
