I cannot update to the new firmware. I have downloaded and saved the file. Logged into the ATA, select Update Firmware under the Admin tab, but when I go to Choose File through the browse feature, it will not let me do this(remains grayed out and nothing happens when you try a click on select file) so I can,t update (flash) the new software.
Any thoughts
