spa122 how to make a connection between direct ports (FXS). Is it possible ? I need to establish a direct connection, no SIP server.

While it's not the use-case the unit is designed for, it may be possible. Try it and let us know.

I tried to call on the IP, e.g. line 1 is number 13@192.168.13:5060 and line 2 is number
14@192.168.1.14:5061. If I am calling from line 1 to 2 or line 2 to 1, I have a busy signal.
Therefore, I am asking if there is any function like in Grandstream gates that allows direct connections
from line 1 to 2 and vice versa. If not, then I have to buy a separate gate for each phone
and this will increase the investment costs.

This mission requires IT skills from you. Call your local network guru for help unless you have some.
You received BUSY either because calling unit has not initiated the call or because called unit rejected it. Catch logs from both of them and catch network packets on the wire to identify the issue source..

No, no, no, sorry, I was wrong. Line 1 13@192.168.1.13: 5060, Line 2 14@192.168.1.13: 5061.
It is the same ip but different ports. The gateway rings itself.
