SPA122 T.38

I have been trying to wrap my head around inbound T.38 issues with my SPA122. I thought it was my local PBX so I took that out of the equation and registered it to my ITSP directly. Outbound negotiates T.38 perfect and has not failed (provider did debug capture and saw the negotiation). But, inbound just will not work. I've enabled T.38 on the Line 1 page, as well as turned on ReInvite so that the unit tries to negotiate T.38 with a reinvite. However, it doesn't negotiate T.38 and tries to fall back to G711 which we all know is hit or miss. Is anyone else having this problem? I have the latest firmware (as of two days ago) and have ruled out any NAT issues or firewalls on my side.
