Spa232d after 20 days does not work

Hi 
my name is Stefano and I have a problem with Spa232d

My spa232d with 1.4.1 firmware, after about 15-20 days of work, does not work with LAN locked and can only hard reset
My SPA232D Configuration ----> in LAN PBX Asterisk with 16 interior.
The fxs spa232d is recorded in the Asterisk PBX
After the block I can not see the logs files because I have to reset it
Possible is a Bug?

Of course, it is possible you hit bug. No way to confirm or reject with no informations available.

Is such device reachable from Internet ? Have you syslog&debug messages recorded ?


No device is not accessible from Internet
I have no error log
When you block have no way to see the log because I have to compulsorily reset
I am going crazy

Device save no valuable log itself even with no issue/reset. You need external syslog server running & SPA configured to send messages to it.

No, classic syslog protocol is supported only.

You can recommend a software for the syslog server?

Most operating systems have a syslog server in default system installation. Such server is enough for the purpose in question.

I have no experience with Windows which is the only system with no syslog server as far as I know.

So brief. It contain records with 'error' severity and above only.

Turn on highest debug level (e.g. 3) on SPA232D.

Configure your syslog server to record all messages (e.g. from 'debug' severity above).
