Need help, I added SPA303 phones to UC540 system and I get the error SPCP register token rejected when phone comes up. 303G is not available on phone type listing in CCA so I use 502G, 504G instead (closest in terms of button features). I tried using 303 firmware and use load command to associate 504G with 303 firmware but get the same error. Any insight is appreciated.

Hi Oliver,
Forging a SPA502 or other phonetype to handle 303 won't work, but here's the good news: we've recently released Software Pack v8.1(0) for UC540 which has native support for all the current SPA phones using their latest firmware (v7.4.7)
Please dowwnload the UC540 Software Pack v8.1(0) from the bellow link and perform an upgrade.
Cheers,
Zsolt

Dear Sir;
Looks like you are using old firmware and CCA combination which does not support the phone. Please advice on the UC500 SW pack used as well as the CCA version. If you upgrade to latest available, should not have the issue you are experiencing.

Alberto
