My ATA drops my VoIP calls after about 11.5 minutes which is very frustrating to say the least!
My ISP tells me that the problem is in the ATA firmware and to upgrade to the latest firmware 5.1.10 (GWa)
I am currently running 5.1.5 (GWa)
I get a popup during the upgrade process saying "upgrade failed version not matching"
Is my original problem likely to be the ATA software?
Any ideas on what to try next?
TIA

What hardware version is your SPA3102? It sounds like your hardware version is not compatible with the 5.1.10 software version
that you were trying to download.

My HW version is 1.1.5(a)
I have managed to upgrade sucessfully.
To do this I had to clear the
Downgrade Rev Limit: | |||
Upgrade Rule: |
fields under Provisioning (Admin/Advanced access required)
Seems my ISP populated these fields when I did an auto config and the values were stopping the upgrade. Bit anoying since the ISP techsupport guy told me to upgrade the firmware to fix my problem
Not sure if my original problem is fixed yet though
