spa3102 limits download speed to 7.5Mb

Telephony is fine but my download speed is cut to 7+Mb with the 3102 connected.  Is this an inherent limitation or can I find settings that allow higher speeds.  My connection is 20Mb without the ATA.

Do you have set the QoS in WAN configuration?

If yes, try to disable it setting QoS QDisc to NONE.

Do you have loaded the latest firmware?

Thanks for the reply.  The firmware is 5.1.10 and I tried QoS Qdisk in both settings, None and ?TBK, with the same result.
