There's a parameter called 'call pickup audio notification' in the Attendant Console' tab.
Description as shown in the admin guide is the following:
Configuring Audio Indication for Call Pickup Event
You can configure the phone to play the Call Pickup tone when there are incoming
calls to any of the lines that the user is monitoring with the Call Pickup function.
To configure:
STEP 1 Log in to the configuration utility.
STEP 2 Click Admin Login.
STEP 3 Click advanced.
STEP 4 Click the Attendant Console tab.
STEP 5 Set the Call Pickup Audio Notification to Yes,
To configure this parameter using the configuration file, configure the following line
to your configuration file:

STEP 6 Click the Regional tab.
The default value for this parameter is 440@-10;30(.3/9.7/1), which is the same as
the call waiting tone.
To configure this parameter using the configuration file, configure the following line
to your configuration file:
440@-10;30(.3/9.7/1)
STEP 7 Click Submit All Changes.
