Hello,
I am trying to setup the Shared Line Appearance (for a phone number I'll refer to as "Peru") for 4 phones in our office and it does not seem to work.
On my phone & the Peruvian phone I have done the following:
Under ADMIN> Advanced> Ext 3> Shared Line Appearance = "Shared", Shared USER ID = "Peru"
Under ADMIN> Advanced> Phone I have set the Line Key 3 to the Peruvian Number and Share Call Appearance to "Share"
What else needs to be done? It shows up on my phone as "Peru" and the hollow phone indicating shared but it is blinking red.
