I have a uc520.

Is it possible to configure buttons on a SPA504g and/or on 500S extension, to dial an external number?

Hello,

This can be done. The speed dial number has to be configured exactly the way it would be dialed from the phone.

If you are using CCA, open the phone, and there is a tab where you can define the speed dials.
