I am at a loss. A user has 3 SPA504G IP VOIP phones configured that will, at random, have the "Block Caller ID" setting turn on, thus blocking the outbound caller ID of the phone. Every phone has been factory reset multiple times and one of the phones has been outright replaced with different one, still leading to the same issue.
The user has said they are not doing anything to manually enable the setting or dialing *67 to block their caller ID so I have no idea why this keeps happening. Anyone else have a similar issue or know what a fix is?
