Seeking UC320W Firmware Version 2.3.X

Hi everyone,

I'm in need of some assistance with my Cisco UC320W units. I have a production unit currently running firmware version 2.3.2(6), which has been facing issues with frequent reboots. To address this, I'm planning to set up a backup unit; however, it's running an older firmware version, 2.1.2(1).

Would anyone here happen to have access to the firmware version 2.3.2(6) for the UC320W, or could direct me to where I might find it? I've had some trouble locating this specific version online.

Any help or guidance on this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance for your time and support.

the device is EOL for some time now,
End of Support Date: 2017-01-31
Cisco will have documentation and firmware removed from the official support pages

you may try contacting Cisco support directly to see if they are willing to send you the firmware

Many thanks for @dcheathem , finally got the 2.3.2.6 firmware.
