SPA504G Call Forward All not allowed from keypad/menu

Hi,

My customer reports that when she presses "Menu", then scrolls down to Call Forward and selects that, She can only see a "Cancel" button on the next menus. there is no way to Edit "Call Forward All" and the display says "!Call Forward All".  I cannot reproduce this behavior on my phones or find it in any search so far.

Any help would be appreciated.

This menu item is disabled by provisioned configuration.

Ask a person responsible for configuration of the phone to solve the issue.

OR

Use "reset to factory default" and configure phone from scratch.
