SPA504G - Extension registered with PBX but flashing red

I have a Cisco 504g that is  registered with my FreePBX server, I can make calls, but the Line 1  light is flashing red.  I also can't receive any calls.  I've gone  through and rebuilt the config in the phone already but it still isn't  working...  Any ideas?

Also,  I have another of the same phones, this one is same problem, except ALL  of the Line lights are flashing red... again, any ideas?

Thirdly,  I have sidecars on all of my phones, they were working fine but now,  ocasionally, one or more extensions will show as red and stay that way,  even when no one is on the phone... any ideas?

It sounds like it's setup for line monitoring.  Because if it was just the typical registration, it should only flash red if it can't register, but you said that it's registered.
