SPA504G Voicemail interrupt?

Sometimes I get to my desk second to late, is there a way to interrupt the voicemail and pick up the call?

Also,  If I simply hit the speakerphone button to pick up a line it defaults to the intercom and I have to select a line.  Is there a way to have it pick up a phone line instead of the intercom?

VoiceMail is not the function of phone itself. You need to search in documentation of device providing VoiceMail service and/or PBX's documentation if they are able to transfer the call back to your line and how to invoke such feature from your phone.
