I purchased a used Cisco IP Phone #SPA504G. I tried to set up configuration with RingCentral to activate phone, unfortunately they couldn't "get in touch with interface of phone". They tried everything on their end. Any info regarding getting this issue resolved would be greatly appreciated. My Number is 626-373-5889.
