spa508 cant register 8 lines

I have a spa508  using 7.5.4.  I am only able to get it to register 7 lines.  If I add an 8th line one (at random) will not register.  I have tried this using 8 different numbers, the same number 8 times, and a combination of the two.  I am getting a sip 504 message on the one that does not register, however it never hits my server.  I am registereing to a Metaswitch

So who is sending the 504 response to you if server doesn't participate in dialog ? You should catch the packet dump for further analysis.

It just work for me. See attached screenshot. All eigth lines are registered.

It's either Metaswitch's issue or you have NAT between the device and PBX and it's NAT issue. As I recomended, catch the packets.
