I'm trying to get Outlook integration happening on a SPA508G (connected to a UC320W) but the Call Ctrl information is all outdated and their website is gone.
Does anyone know of replacement software for Call Ctrl?
No. And even Call Ctrl didn't worked reliably so much. As far as I know, there is no public useable CTI interface on SPA5xx models. I assume Cisco decided CTI doesn't fit to "small business" customer category.
