my phone number is 604 921 0012 ext 1.

5 minutes ago I called Abercromie and Kent and must have pressed  the wrong button and now when people call me and dial ext 1, the call is being forwarded to Abercrombie and Kent rather then to me.  on my dial pad I do see : forwarded to 9 1 800 323 7308.

how do i get rid of this forwarded call?

There should be a -cfwd softkey on your phone screen. Press the button underneath this to disable call forwarding. You can also change this setting in the web interface under the User tab and Call Forward section.
