SPA50xG Mic sensitivity

I have 2 IP Phones SPA502G (7.5.5) connected to Asterisk 1.8.

First user talks to loudly, second talks too softy.

I can't find mic sensitivity control in web-interface.

How can I decrease mic sensitivity of first endpoint and increase it of second?

I have already tryed this features

Handset Input Gain:		Headset Input Gain:
Speakerphone Input Gain:		Handset Additional Input Gain:
Headset Additional Input Gain:		Speakerphone Additional Input Gain:

and they allow to increase loudness of phone, mic sensitivity stays the same, but user begin to hear another person louldly.

Today will check this again.
