Hello,
We recently purchased a CISCO SPA514G. After setting up a SIP account on this terminal there is no problem to send or receive a call directly. The problem occurs when we make a SIP request from a computer to the SPA terminal, the response is "SIP/2.0 404 Not Found". The same kind of SIP request works on other IP phone terminals without problems (eg Grandstream GXP, Yealink, ...).
Probably the problem in the SPA is due to the configuration. We can easily reproduce this problem using the tool "nmap" from a PC making a request to the "OPTIONS"method of the SPA.
nmap --script=sip-methods -sU -p 5060 <IP_cisco_spa>
I attach the SPA514G configuration file and the log generated by "syslog" (most recent event above).
The same record shows how the same request "OPTIONS" issued by the provider (User-Agent: Flash Telecom A1) responds correctly.
Any help would be appreciated.

It seems the request in question is addressed to no line configured on phone - or I can rephrase it - it's addressed to line not known on the target phone. So phone doesn't know how to do with such request.
