SPA514G stuck in SOS recovery mode

I have a SPA514G stuck in SOS recovery mode, does anyone know how I can get this out of SOS recovery mode?

Hi Joshua, there is a recovery tool where you download the SPC tool.

When you download this file, there is a recovery.exe. This is designed to recover the SoS state.
