We currently deploy Cisco IP Phone 7961 Series phones to all our employees, but there was a need for a bluetooth phone. So we bought a Cisco IP Phone SPA525G and it worked great for about an hour than it rebooted then kept randomly rebooting every 20 - 120+ minutes. We could not find a resolution to this problem so we bought another one. Same problem.
How do we s rebooting randomly?
Thanks,
William

Periodic re-provisioning may trigger it, for example. Or internal system abend because of leaked (and exhausted resources). Turn on syslog&debug on SPA525G and catch them. The may help you to analyze the issue.

We do have this problem too.
There is no reboot when we have only voice vlan on port and no access vlan.
Can i enable debug&syslog in phone menu? Or only in web page?

Via web UI or via provisioning (configuration) file only - as far as I know.
