Have new SPA525G2 phones running 7.5.5.a that I'm adding to existing UC320W system. These phones are constantly resynch/rebooting!!!

existing phones running 7.5.2(u2) running with NO issues. Duplicated issue on another UC320W as well as successfully added older spa525g2 to UC320W needing expansion with SAME ISSUES! Problem definitely appears to be in batch of phones. I've updated to 7.5.6 and same problem. Need to downgrade phones to working ver.

appreciate anyones help!!!

Thank you

UC320W manages the firmware for the phones. It push a 7.5.2 (uX) version of firmware into phones.

If your SPA525G2 phones are the new hardware models that have the 128MB Flash then the lowest firmware they can go to is 7.5.5a. Older firmwares will be rejected by phone. It seems that those SPA525G2 phones are unsupported on UC320W

UC320W will repeat the downgrade attempt which will fail all the time causing the periodic reboots.

Call Cisco's SMB support for help, but note the UC320W is reached it's End of Phone Support (HW) date already.
