Hello Everybody,
Recently we purchase a couple of SPA525G2 phones, we´ve UC540 system ver 8.0.4, and 2 Video Cams 2300.
The Video Monitoring Feature is not available, How can i setup this.

The CCA 2.2.5 has a wizard in the HOME drawer for configuring this and the built in help is pretty good.
Once you run the wizard, it will show up on your phone.
Since it's.a G2, make sure you define it as such in the Configuration drawer under telephony -> voice ((voice extensions tab).
If you want to see an example, look at LAB 16 here: https://supportforums.cisco.com/docs/DOC-9836
It's not a G2 but other than the model, should work the same.
