Issue is I have a SPS525G2 phone with version 7.4.5, (which I don't even see listed on Ciscos download website). I also have a SPA525G2 running version 7.4.4. The phones both work fine, the problem is that the softkeys do not appear in the same place.
I am new to Cisco IP phones, so the question is, "is this common that Cisco moves the softkeys around based on the version in the phone?" Or did I get shipped a lot of phones with software, (7.4.5) that Cisco does not support seeing that it is not listed on their downloads site.
Any help would be apprecaited. It makes it hard to train a customer when the buttons aren't where you think they should be.
