SPA8000 Incoming Calls

We have a SPA8000 setup with 7 lines. Outbound calls work fine, but incoming calls have some issues:

1) On the caller's end, it takes a while for the ringtone to be heard when calling inbound

2) On the recipient's end, if phone call is picked up after the first ring, the phone call does not connect. If picked up after the second ring, call connects fine

3) Occasionally, the ring after the first ring will sound weird

We have changed the Ring Waveform to Sinusoid and also played around with different Ring Voltages but issue still persists. We also tried the same account and settings on a SPA-2102 and it doesn't have the same problems.

Thanks!

[1] can be caused anywhere on the call path. Unless you have SIP dialog captured on your side, we can't judge. It apply even if SPA 2102 have no such issue

[2] turn on syslog&debug, catch them and disclose - it may reveal the cause.

Note 1 - I assume you are running the latest firmware

Note 2 - I have no SPA8000 in my test lab, so I can't reproduce & test the issue.
