SPA9000 drops calls after 30 seconds

My spa9000 stopped working in June. 8 SPA942 handsets and 1 polycom IP6000. SPA400 connected but not used.

We finally have it able to make outgoing calls just fine.

Incoming calls are the problem. We can receive them just fine but after 30 seconds they are disconnected.

Checked Firewall with vendor and verified with SIP service provider that the firewall is not the problem.

Adjusted UDP timeouts and added a specific rule to allow all SIP traffic.

Those did not fix the problem, nor were they the problem.

Even opened up port 14067 (see below).

SIP provider said that will now work as they are not responding on port 14067, only port 5060.

SPA is dropping the calls due to not getting a response on port 14067. SPA should only be communicating on port 5060 externally.

Attached are some pcap logs showing the SPA header is responding to port 14067 and we cannot figure out why?

Our SIP provider said they have never seen this before.

Why is it requesting a response on port 14067?

How can we configure the SPA9000 to only communicate on port 5060 externally?

Any help and ideas would be much appreciated.
