Hello Alberto and others, I want to be able to setup Line 1, 2, or 3 that when someone calls, it will ring on ALL phones, therefore the call can be picked up from any IP phone and then if anyone wants to join the call, they can just pick up the phone and click on the key line of the active call and join the call and participate in a conference call. Can this system do that? Where more than 3 people can share one call. We currently use this feature with our analog phones and we want to able to mimic that feature of our current phones with this new system that we are adopting.
We have 1 SPA 9000 with 3 SPA 400 and 10 IP Phones 504G
One SPA400 for Voice Mail
and the other SPA400 with 4 PSTN (2 and 2) lines connected to them.
I want to be able to see all 4 lines on each phone (or at least 3) as shared lines and maybe one as private.
But I want to be able to pick up one of those shared lines and join a group call where we can have all the traders join the same call and have all the traders in the same page.
How can I achieve this configuration? Any help is appreciated.
