Hello everybody,
I'm having some issues with several VoIp phones, more precisely speed dial configuration in Phone tab (gui).
My configuration in extended function field is :
fnc=sd;ext=10@$PROXY;vid=1;nme=Bob
fnc=speed dial
vid=current phone extension
nme=Bob
Sometimes i need to add in the field Short Name: the user name (because i doesn't appears next to speed dial button on the phone screen).
After a day or two the speed dial link it disappears from Phone tab configuration and from the phone screen. (see attachement)
I'am using Kerio Operator as a SIP provider.
