I have SPA525G (Colour Screen) handsets that were installed to run with the NBN (Aust) network. When I had the system installed a Cisco (or Telstra) rep kindly installed some management software onto my computer to allow me to manage the handsets for diverting etc..
My problem is that my computer became compromised by a virus and I removed it by having to re-format the entire hard drives and consequently all software that I had on the PC was also removed. I could re-install the software that I had the disks & licenses for, but I do not know what the Cisco software was.
Is anyone able to point me in the right direction so that I can get the software back on my computer again? The main issue is that the phones were diverted to another remote telephone (mobile) just before I had to re-format the disks and so the diversion is currently on and I would like to make a change to it.
