I setup a remote office with 4 SPA509 Phones using a an SR-520 VPN to a UC540. When users call extensions from remote site or to remote site they sometimes experience one way audio. I did setup the phones at the remote site to be Teleworkers and the frequency of one way audio decreased but the customer is still experiencing one way audio intermittently.

did you try enabling mtp on the remote phones?

CCA puts mtp for the phone when you select teleworker in the Users and Phones section and I verified that it is in by viewing the show running config

Hi Dave,
It would be good to see some debugs on this, I am curious if the Audio path is being interrupted by any firewall as such (520 maybe??)
Have you logged an SBS case for this yet just out of curiosity?
