I read somewhere that the new release has a time clock feature available. Does anyone know where/how I access this and is there reporting available? better yet where is there any documentation about this new feature and setting it up?

Yes, we have included TimeCardView support in the latest CCA and UC500 software versions. Both can be downloaded here:

The feature offers built-in reporting capabilities and allows you to integrate with Intuit's QuickBooks.
