Topology options with UC320W

I am currently changing from UC520 to UC320W. My current topology is such:

(7962 Phone)-----RV042---(VPN)----(Internet)--------[ASA]-------Switch-------UC520

So my first quesion, can I create a SIP trunk and keep my ASA firewall. I would like to have the UC320 behind the ASA and have the SIP trunks connect to the UC320, much like I am doing right now.

Also, can I still have a vpn have have a remote phone connect back to the UC320. I understand the 7962 won't work with the UC320, so I will replace it with a SPA phone. So, what would the topology be like if thats the case?

Hi Adam,

Yes, the UC320W supports SIP trunks.  There are a number of people on the community who have SIP trunks from the UC320 running through the ASA.

Yes, only the SPA 500 series and 301, 303 phones are supported.

Currently, teleworker (remote phones over VPN) are not supported.  Currently IP multicast is used for a number of services for the phones.  Teleworker is one of the candidate features (uncommitted) for the next major feature release.
