Are your PCs and your IP PHONEs in the same VLAN? same IP subnet?
What is the default gateway?
Probably you must fix your routing.
Add more info like IP address and a simple network scheme.
Regards.

Have you changed any of the 540 default ips, if no config on unit just copy from PC to flash card (use the factory default config) stick card into 540 and reboot

Hi Darek,
Yes the config is messed up, there is no startup-config folder nor nvram.
I tried copying UC540W-FXO-K9-factory-8.6.1.cfg (23kb) in the main root of the flash card but after reboot nothing happened, still couldnt connect via CCA.
Do i need to copy the UC500 zip file on the flash or is tgere a specific file that i need to copy? Also should i delete the rest pf the files and folders on the card?
