UC320W Back to Menu from Voicemail Transfer

Can a person(s) verify that there is no way to program a key to return to the menu once transferred to a user's mailbox or clarify how to do so if there is?

Hi Justin,

Currently the UC320W does not allow dial escape from voice mail to AA or an extension.

This enhancement has been documented and is being tracked by defect CSCtn14433.
