I am hoping to get some resolution and satisfaction with a problem that is happening at one of my clients.
We installed a UC320W last year, with 23 phones (SPA504, and one SPA525)
The users have had terrible call quality since.
This unit even has smartnet, and I cannot get proper support from Cisco.
This is severly hurting my small business, and they are VERY UPSET.
I am using a SIP Trunk.
Bandwidth is Large (10MB Upload!)
There are zero restrictions on Qos on the internal network and with the ISP.
I have seen posts about impedence on FXO ports, but they are on SIP.
I have also made sure that the caller's phone volume was not too loud.
Internal calls are fine, but it seems to be when calling to an outbound caller.
I cannot confirm it it is only to another Voip call, or to only a PSTN caller or both.
Any Ideas?
Thank you!

Hey,
I work as a network specialist at a large Canadian teleco company and I had this issue before with 3 customers "medium sized businesses" .
Engage Cisco TAC engineer who's especilized in UC320W devices to get the version on UC320 upgraded and I'm sure this is will fix your problem. Let me know how it goes in case you need further assistant, because I understand your pain.....it's really annoying issue.
Regards,
Mohammad

I do believe we are already running the most current version of this unit.
