I seem to have repeated problem with Cisco UC320W router.
Every two weeks or so, the network gets high latency (ping ~ 700). This is 3rd time that it happened. At first, I blamed it on Uplink Bandwidth as it was set at rather high speed than provided by service provider. After I decreased the speed, everything was back to normal. Second time it happened, no settings were touched and after a few time changing WAN speed back and forth it miraculously worked. Yesterday, it happened again.
Please note that when the modem plugged directly into the PC, the speed is good as it supposed to be. Once it goes through the router, everything drops.
The system has 1 trunk, 3 phones, 1 fax.
Please advise what can be done? Thanks!!
