UC320W IP phone with analog phone

Hi all,

Currently we have a UC320w with 6 SPA504G's with 5 lines in from a SIP trunk, im looking to add our standard analog line into the uc320w so we can divert calls from the analog number onto our new phones,

So far iv tried enabling the port on the interface, plugged in the line and assigned it a phone  and a inbound line but it doesnt seem to be working,

Any help/advice would be great!

Hi James,

Where are you routing the inbound calls on the FXO line?  (shared ext, extension, hunt group etc?)  Have you tried a different FXO port?   If you look at Status -> Trunks do you see the FXO as bing In Service?  When a call comes in do you see the FXO LED on the front blink?

What happens when you call the analog number?  Does it ring?  Do you get busy?

What version of firmware are you running?
