UC500/IPcelerate ?

I work for a church that has a UC500 system in place. Thay are looking for a way to leverage their VoIP system to call church members and send them a voice message for general information, closings due to weather, etc. They have a mix of English and Spanish speaking members and some that are completely illiterate as well. Therefore, they have to use a message to call out to phones and cell phones. Is there a simple IPcelerate solution?

There is also a product from Singlewire called Informacast taht works with UC500, but we have not officially tested it.
