UC500 Voicemail- Maximum Number of Mailboxes per User License

I have a UC520 that is licensed for 48 users for a customer. They have 48 people at their office but have 20 people who are on the road and just need a mailbox (no hard or soft phone).

Is there a limit to the amount of mailboxes that you can create on the UC500 based on the number of users that you are licensed for? Can I have a 48 user licensed system and have 68 mailboxes on a UC500 system?

Hi Charisse,

If ia m not mistaken it will be defaulted to a 50 License Mail Box allowance, however you can log into the Web GUI and go to "Help" then "About" in there it should tell you how many mailboxes have been previsioned, how many you are allowed to do etc...etc..

You can do this on the CLI in the CUE module but i find the GUI to be best for this.
