I have a few questions:
I have a client that would like the following setup on their UC520
- Put auto attendant recording so each (incoming) phone call starts with a message saying to the caller:
“This phone call may be recorded”
- Create Hunt group so that when transferring to Sales department in AZ it goes to both
Sales people but if no one is available, it will bounce back to person who transferred (in IL) and not end up
at a voicemail.
the two offices are connected to each other over WAN, and are part of the same Voice network.
Is this possible? If so, where to start/How?
