UC520 Mailbox in use

I have a UC520 with various mailboxes locking up. All I have to do is open 10.1.10.1 and unlock the mailbox and all is ok. Next week it could be a different mailbox. These are my versions,

software pack: 8.6.0

Ios image: uc500-advipservicesk9-mz.151-4.M4b

cme version: 8.6

voicemail version 8.6.3

Hello Kevin,

You may try to upgrade the CUE to the current version  - 8.6.5 which is available in Software pack 8.6.1 and in 8.6.2.
