We have a customer with a UC520 than randomly rebooted. It only happened once so far. Are there any error logs I can check to find out why it rebooted?
I noticed the closet that stores the UC520 is pretty hot. That might be why it rebooted but I can't be sure. The datasheet says up to 104 degrees is safe operating temperature.

Good news.
I dont know how to read these, but perhaps someone else does.
I would open a case with that.

We don’t see any CDETS raised in last 1 year. There is one old DDTS which was put in U (unreproducible).
The post says it happened only once. Like yours.
Can you tell us how long has the UC500 been running before it crashed?
