uc520 voicemail notification problem

dear all

i have UC520 system currently installed in our office , i have also 15 ip phone model 521S connected to it

i configured this system to send notification on workphone and email for voicemail but nothing recieved

i used cisco configuration assistant to configure the system

i saw the email sent without any problem but i did not recieve any email in my outlook account i dont now how to ask our hosting company if the email recieved at them side or not could you please advise how to do that please wihtout contact them i have the administrator password for our account ?
